Erion Veliaj is the Mayor of Tirana. He was born in Tirana, on 17th December 1979. He is graduated in “Political Sciences” in Grand Valley State University, Michigan. Later, he finished his postgraduation studies in United Kingdom at the University of Sussex, focusing on European Integration.
Prior to returning in Albania, in 2003. Erion Veliaj has worked in North and South America, Eastern Africa and in Kosovo.
