Pas suksesit të trajnimit të parë për mësuesit anembanë Republikës së Shqipërisë dhe rajonit, Këshilli Rinor i Ballkanit organizon trajnimin e dytë të Projektit “+ Education: The Science Of Teaching – Using Data and Scientific Methodology In Education., me mësuesit nga Shqipëria dhe Rajoni i cili përbëhet nga një zinxhir trajnimesh nga ekspertët dhe profesionistët e institucioneve arsimore, ku ata do të trajnojnë mësuesit se si të sillen dhe të veprojnë me nxënësit në situata të caktuara.
Bazuar në vizionin tonë për arsimin, Këshilli Rinor Ballkanik po zhvillon një strategji ndërkombëtare për përmirësimin e arsimit në Gadishullin Ballkanik. Vizioni ynë për këto strategji është të mbështesim njerëzit kryesorë ose mjetet që janë ekspertë në promovimin e parimeve të edukimit cilësor. Kontributi ynë për arsimin i sjell në rajonin tonë zhvillim social, politik, kulturor dhe ekonomik.
Strategjia jonë e punës përbëhet nga ndërtimi i besimit dhe marrëdhënieve. Mësuesit duhet të njohin dhe t’i besojnë studentëve në mënyrë që të fitojnë një ndikim stërvitor. Edhe pse ka një dështim, përmes këtij trajnimi ne bindim publikun se ka ende një shans për të minuar përpjekjet tona më të mira.
Ne duam nga mësuesit që të japin praktikat më të mira modeluese, pasi që stërvitja efektive shpesh përfshin modelimin e praktikave më të mira. Për më tepër, një pikë e rëndësishme e strategjisë është lidhja e Mësimdhënësve me Burime, me qëllim të hulumtimit të mundësive për studentët e tyre. Seria e trajnimeve do të zhvillohet në Shqipëri, Bosnje dhe Herzegovinë, Maqedoni, Mal të Zi dhe Kosovë.
